Welcome to Lumivel. By accessing or using the Lumivel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account or using Lumivel, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Lumivel is designed for personal, non-commercial use as an emotional wellness and social connection tool. You may use the App to generate daily Auras, communicate with friends via Vibes and Chat, generate local wallpapers, and view your Weekly Mosaic.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you create within Lumivel, including journal entries, Voice Vent transcripts, and chat messages. By using the App, you grant Lumivel a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating Auras, facilitating communication).
Locally generated wallpapers are created entirely on your device and belong exclusively to you. Lumivel does not access, store, or claim any rights over these images.
Lumivel offers optional premium features ("Mystic Gold") available via subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policies.
The Lumivel App, including its design, Spirit Totems, Aura algorithms, branding, and all related visual and audio assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of Lumivel Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
Lumivel is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of Aura readings, emotional analyses, or any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumivel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or interruption of service, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lumivel at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App. Continued use of Lumivel after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
